POLICY |
| Sukumvit Hospital realizes the importance of its clients having good health both in body and mind. Hence, the hospital is committed to providing quality medical and other services complete with professional standard, keeping in mind the importance of ethos and patients’ rights and a good impression on service recipients.
All the hospital staff are ready to provide care and treatment, recovery, support, health advice as well as other services to ensure that service users are warmly cared for, comfortable and safe.
In order to achieve this objective, the Board of Directors has supported and promoted the development of quality systems according to the international standard ISO 9001 : 2000 and continuously facilitated the development of knowledge and skill of human resources. This is because human resources is the important core of quality service work. With an awareness and responsibility towards quality, every hospital staff provides services and work by upholding work standards and collectively ensure quality improvements and operations efficiency on a continuous basis. |
